DELIVERY
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the order form, according to the delivery method chosen from among the methods described below.
We ship orders within a maximum of 2 working days after payment of the order, except for global relay orders (5 working days).
For shipments, delivery times vary depending on the country: 2-3 working days for France, 5-6 working days for the EU and overseas.
For delivery in France, you will therefore receive your order within a maximum of 5 working days if you go by Colissimo, 8 working days maximum by Mondial Relay, except for delivery difficulties beyond our control.

CONDITIONING
We strive daily to reduce our deadlines, and also the presence of packaging in your orders. However, customer service and your satisfaction comes first, and we know shipping conditions can be brutal at times, especially with glass bottles! As a result, we try to find alternatives to secure the products so that they do not arrive broken, while minimizing the weight of the packaging.
All components used to ship your parcels are either cardboard or recycled kraft. For the complete routine, we opted for a tailor-made FSC kraft shipping box, in order to reduce the amount of cardboard and packaging, while guaranteeing the security of the shipment.
And all this, with carbon neutral deliveries thanks to our partner La Poste - Colissimo!
