French and European cosmetic regulations
Les Savonneurs is officially a Cosmetic Laboratory governed by European Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 30, 2009 relating to cosmetic products.
Our establishment is registered with the National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (ANSM) and complies with the ISO 22716 standard for Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetic products (our laboratory was designed and fitted out on this basis).
We are required to be controlled by the ANSM and the DGCCRF (General Directorate for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention) on our information files (which are validated by an external Cosmetic Product Safety Evaluator to the company, graduate in toxicology) as well as on our physical installations. Finally, each of our cosmetic product launches is notified to the Poison Control Centers on the European portal (CPNP).
